180 000 hl are produced each year of mainly single grape variety wines. The three vinification sites are at Bousquet d'Orb, Magalas and Servian where they are made in ideal conditions.

A computerised system enabling the tracability of the grapes will be in place for the grape harvest in 2001.

The delivery bays are automatic and equipped with horizontal de-stemmers which treat the grapes with more respect. Different selection methods are used to guide the grapes upwards towards the specially adapted vinification procedures.

Powerful refrigerating generators allow the cold settling and a perfectly controlled fermentation of the different wines.

Six pneumatic wine-presses gently treat the Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Syrah rosé, and Cinsault grapes and also all the fermented marcs from the aromatic red grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah.

All our wines are treated with the utmost care and vacuum filtered with rotary filters before fermentation and the fermentation verification.
